After this app is published to a secure HTTPS website, open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. The app can then launch from your Home Screen and work offline with CSV files.
The Enphase live API connection in the original desktop app is not included in this offline edition. Live sync would require a securely hosted backend; never place API credentials into this webpage.
